What is the shelf life of pamsmixx products?
Our dry mixes are shelf-stable for up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, we recommend consuming the baked goods within 3-5 days for maximum freshness.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We are currently expanding our menu! Please check individual product descriptions for specific dietary labels. While we take precautions, all products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days via standard carrier.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, pamsmixx by pamcakes ships exclusively within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping to our global fans in the near future.
